Alabaster City Schools (ACS) is committed to providing employees with a productive, professional working environment. In keeping with those purposes, benefits are evaluated, selected, and distributed with the employees in mind and are tailored to suit individual employees' preferences and circumstances.
Even though premiums may be paid through payroll deductions, the nature, scope, or features of available insurance and benefit programs often depend on the individual employee's choice and decisions. Accordingly, it is the employee's responsibility to review and understand those options as well as the terms and conditions on which insurance and other benefits are offered. Whenever possible, ACS Human Resources staff will assist employees in assessing and evaluating information regarding these alternatives. Please contact Dr. Latanza M.
