Alabaster City Schools held a celebratory Institute Day to motivate and inform educators for the upcoming school year. The event featured speeches, a pep rally with performances by Thompson High School's drum line, cheerleading squad, and majorettes, as well as presentations by the JROTC. Superintendent Dr. Wayne Vickers and guest speaker James Spann highlighted the importance of teachers' work, academic achievements, and continuous improvement.
