THANK YOU CVES family for an outstanding 2023-2024 School Year! We were honored to be named a 2023 Exemplary High Performing National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. This accomplishment affirms the hard work of students, teachers, faculty, parents, district leaders, and community partners. We had our first annual “Creek View Has Character in Culture” event organized by the CVES Parent Teacher Leadership Academy participants. More than 100 students were recognized for exhibiting exceptional character and leadership skills.

CVES and ACS will continue to focus on character development in the 2024-2025 School Year by introducing students to five “Attributes of a Champion:" Accountability, Commitment, Excellence, Integrity, and Leadership.

More than 100 students will participate in Summer Literacy and Numeracy Camp this summer and CVES teachers have registered for Reading, Math and Science professional development opportunities. Classrooms on 100 and 200 halls are under renovation. Teachers and students will have new floor tile, paint, cabinets, sinks, bulletin boards, and furniture for the new school year. Classrooms on 300 and 400 halls will be renovated summer of 2025. THANK YOU Dr. Vickers and the Alabaster City Schools Board of Education!
